Professional Coaching

This training program is for someone who is interested in becoming a freediver athlete or is already an athlete currently participating in freediving competitions and looking to improve performance. Depth and breath-hold usually increase progressively. The diver needs to allow adequate time for the body to adapt to higher biochemical and physical pressures. The connection between body and mind is crucial for unlocking one's maximum potential. Freediving training can be a lifestyle that integrates well with your work and family life. I will show you how this is done.
